We are looking to add a Recruiter/Human Resources to our team. See below for details and to apply for the position. Essential Functions:

  • Recruit external talent for various positions needed throughout the company.
  • Partner with managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Ability to recruit offsite in different communities to attract quality candidates.
  • Creating up to date Job Descriptions by working closely with hiring managers to clearly identify job requirements and responsibilities.
  • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation).
  • Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.
  • Tracking metrics such as resume flow, applicants, source of new hires, etc. in order to cost effectively improve the sourcing of quality candidates and improve recruitment practices.
  • Maintaining an active pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure staffing needs are met in higher turnover departments.
  • Creating an onboarding experience from first initial contact through onboarding new hire paperwork.  
  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Performs other HR duties as assigned including but limited to on-boarding, new hire paperwork, orientation, training, employee engagement and other related activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management or relevant work experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Individual must have the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills is required, bi-lingual a plus
  • Possess the ability to adhere to a team atmosphere where each team member is cross trained in all aspects of Human Resources
  • Working knowledge of employment and labor law.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational, project and time management skills.
  • Strong team-building skills, including ability to collaborate and develop effective consultative relationships with management.
  • Ability to think strategically and critically
  • Work effectively with limited supervision.
  • Advanced computer proficiencies with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
