The Sous Chef works in a dynamic environment that drives one to test their leadership, technological and cooking abilities.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
• Recruit, interview, select, train, motivate, discipline, and reward team members
• Schedule and assign duties to team members
• Supervise all team members in every phase of production and service
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State laws and regulations
• Supervise controls to minimize waste; perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service
• Supervise all team members in every phase of production and service
• Ensure that all quality and health/safety requirements are met in accordance with federal, state, & local standards (FIFO, LIFO, and other sanitation guidelines exp)
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
• Keep operating costs within the budget while maintaining quality and service standards
