The purpose of the Accounting Clerk position is to support accounting operations by filing documents, reconciling statements, and running software programs.

Essential Functions:

  • Reconcile owner payments (Hotel, Vacation Rentals, and Marina)
  • Respond to owner inquiries
  • Billing for charges to owner
  • Customer service to hotel guests
  • Research and resolution of credit card disputes
  • Payment of travel agent commissions.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Sit for extended periods
  • Lift boxes
  • Verbal and written English
  • Excel required
  • Opera, Jonas MMS Preferred
  • 3rd party websites
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in hotel Front Desk, accounting or property management.
